Importance of right outlook!
One day Jesus comes Bethsaida; Some people bring a blind man unto him and besought him unto to touch him, so that the blind could see. And he took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the town; and when he had spit on his eye and put his hands upon him, he asked him, if he could saw ought. And blind man looked up and said, I see man as trees, walking. After than he put hands again upon his eyes and made him look up, and he was restored and saw every man clearly. (MARK 8:22-25)
Today, I am going to share you all, about the necessity and importance of right outlook. In above story, when Jesus spit on the blind man’s eye and put his hand upon him, he saw man as trees, walking. Now here are the somethings very interesting in the bind man’s life. He was blind in his life, after Jesus put his hand he was better but not whole. Of course his life is better than previous life but not completely whole. That’s why Jesus asked him if he saw clearly or not. After he honestly said he saw man as trees, walking. Jesus put his hand again upon his eyes and made him look up and he was restored and saw every man clearly, like Jesus saw.
In our life, we may had experienced like a blind man. God took us by his hand and led us out of worldly town, he did miracles in our life, we had greatly experienced anointed touch of his hand in our life. And our life is better than previous life. But have we experienced complete and whole restoration in life? Have we seen clearly like God or not?
After the first miraculous touch of healing, the blind man saw the man as trees, walking. If we are not honest to God said that what we see, we will be in great outlook problem. We may see other’s as a problem, whether the real problem is in our perception. We can see all people is problem for our life.
That’s why it is necessary to be honest with God, if we could not see and understand not clearly what’s going on. God, I cannot see clearly as you see things, please put your hands again my eyes until I see like you saw things. Apostle Paul pray in Ephesians 1:18 that their eyes of understanding being enlightened, that they may know what is the hope of his calling and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints.
So, lets pray for our self that our eyes of understanding are enlightened, so that we have right outlook in Jesus.
